And The Bead Goes On in Bracken Village will show their support for our Military and their Families this Armed Forces Day by offering a 20% discount on all supplies, kits and handmade items in our shop (discount does not apply to classes, workshops or consignment items). Bring along your valid Military I.D. (Active Duty, Retiree or Dependent) and you will be entitled to this discount on all purchases.

New Classes and Instructors -

Cathe Craigmiles of Exquisite Jewelry Designs has joined our Beading Department. Cathe has an extraordinary talent for color selection and matching and brings these talents to bear in her beautiful beaded cabochons, necklaces and bracelets. Take your beading skills to the next level and take a class with this wonderfully talented instructor.

We are starting a "Wired Up" Series with Instructor Liza Connell of Crystal Box Studios. Liza will be teaching her Wired Up Series starting with the Basics and Beyond class followed in the series by her fabulous Chain Reaction class and ending with the advanced workshop, Hot Wired. She will be adding more classes so stand by.

Mike Gaines is infusing new energy into our Metals Department. He will be teaching soldering and setting of bezels, shaping, texturing and piercing of metals and, when we've mastered these skills he will take us on to making incredible rings.

We are also very excited to be carrying lampwork beads made by our artist friend, Nina "Sam" Hibler of Dream Fire. Stop by And The Bead Goes On to see her works of art - you'll want one for every jewelry project you have planned. To put it simply, these handmade beads are AWESOME!!!!
