Description: Do you need pictures of your jewelry? Have you tried, but just can't seem to make them come out right? It's no wonder, as these small, shiny, light-loving items are hard for even professional photographers. This class will provide an introduction to Jewelry Photography. It will include some theory but just enough to understand what is going on. You'll get tips on the camera, lighting, software and you'll get to work on some photography in class. You will take home a CD that has all the photos presented in the class as well as additional information and images. If you have a camera, bring it to class. Also bring the manual and any cords or other accessories that came with your camera. If you haven't purchased a camera yet, you might want to wait until after the class. Bring your tripod, if you have one. Also, if you have a piece you've had trouble photographing, bring it along!
