Class Registration Information

How to Sign Up

You will find our classes listed on the Calendar pages. On the actual calendar, you can click on a class to get more information. From there, you can begin the sign up process by clicking the "Sign Up" button. Please review the information below first so that you're familiar with our policies. Registration

A 50% deposit is required to hold a seat in all of our classes. Registration is limited to students 13 years and older. Seats will not be reserved without a deposit.

Reschedule Policy

If you find you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of class start time to have your deposit applied to a new class date or refunded. Emails are not an acceptable means by which to cancel attendance for a class as emails are not always read in a timely manner. Cancellation must be within the posted time constraints and by telephone - (210) 651-3363. If you fail to contact us or fail to show up for the class, no refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy

And The Bead Goes On reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, if necessary. Should this occur, all students would be informed and given the opportunity to transfer to another date or class. If you prefer not to make a transfer, your deposit will be returned in full.

Lunch

A one hour lunch break will be provided for full day classes. Students can visit one of the onsite restaurants to purchase their lunch.

Payment

Our online store accepts personal checks, money orders, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and PayPal. The in-store accepts (with proper identification) personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
